l898 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the l898 platform — including but not limited to registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or contacting support — you unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of l898.io regardless of the device, browser, or access method used. They apply equally to players using mobile devices, desktop computers, and any application or shortcut that opens the l898 website.

If you are accessing l898 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have that person's authority to bind them to these Terms. l898 shall hold both you and that person jointly responsible for any breach.

l898 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. See § 12 for the full amendments policy.

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on l898, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are 21 years of age or older. This age requirement is strictly enforced. l898 does not permit any person under 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent or on behalf of a third party for the purpose of placing bets or wagers.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of l898, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You understand that online gambling may be restricted or regulated in your jurisdiction, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of using l898 in your location.

l898 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

Each individual person may hold one (1) active account on l898 at any time. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. l898 may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. You must promptly update your account information if any details change after registration.

Account credentials: You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details strictly confidential. You must not share these credentials with any third party. l898 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Account transfer: Accounts on l898 are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

Inactive accounts: An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. l898 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts after providing reasonable advance notice to the email address registered to that account. Any remaining balance will be credited back to the player upon successful reactivation and identity verification.

All transactions on l898 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). l898 does not apply currency conversion fees for players transacting in BDT via supported local payment channels.

Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh). Availability of specific payment channels may change without prior notice; the cashier section of the platform will always reflect the currently active options.

Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment channel and player account tier and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal processing: l898 aims to process all withdrawal requests within the same business day, subject to identity verification and compliance review. Withdrawals are paid via the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible. l898 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above threshold amounts.

Declined or reversed transactions: Any deposit that is reversed, charged back, or otherwise returned by the payment provider after l898 has credited the funds to your account balance will result in an immediate debit of the corresponding amount. If this results in a negative balance, l898 reserves the right to suspend account activity until the balance is restored.

• Players must only deposit funds that they own and have the legal right to use.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts (i.e., a bKash wallet not registered to the player) are prohibited and may trigger a compliance review.
• l898 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.
• Withdrawals to payment methods different from the deposit source require additional verification and may be subject to processing delays.

l898 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms & Conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's own terms. Players should read these requirements before accepting any bonus offer.

Bonus abuse: l898 monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements; using automated software to place bets; and coordinating wagering activity with other players to exploit promotional offers. Detection of bonus abuse may result in the cancellation of bonus funds, forfeiture of any winnings derived from those funds, and suspension or closure of the associated account.

Promotion eligibility: l898 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotional offers are intended for individual recreational players only. Players who operate in a commercial capacity or who l898 reasonably believes are exploiting promotional structures are not eligible for promotional offers.

l898 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not unfairly disadvantage players who have already accepted the offer and are in the process of meeting the stated conditions.

All sports bets placed on l898 are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. These rules govern how bets are settled, what happens in the event of match abandonment or postponement, and how in-play bets are treated if connectivity is lost during a live event.

Bet acceptance: l898 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed at erroneous odds, bets that appear to be based on insider or privileged information, or bets that exceed the platform's stated maximum stake for that market.

Void bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned and does not reach the point at which the relevant market is settled; the odds were published in error; or the bet was accepted in circumstances that constitute a clear breach of these Terms.

In-play betting: Live betting odds are updated in real time. l898 uses automated systems to refresh in-play markets and applies a brief suspension period around key match events (e.g., wickets in cricket, goals in football). Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided. Decisions on in-play bet settlement are final.

Cricket-specific rules: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, l898 applies Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes where applicable for rain-affected matches. Match result markets settle on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. Any subsequent amendment to an official result (e.g., a points deduction applied days after the match) does not retroactively affect settled bets unless l898 expressly states otherwise at the time of settlement.

All casino games available on l898 — including slots, live dealer table games, crash games such as Fortune Snake, and virtual racing — are operated either directly by l898 or by third-party game providers under agreement with l898. Each game has its own rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and paytable, which are accessible within the game interface.

Game fairness: Slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generators that have been independently tested for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers operating from regulated studio environments provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and equivalent certified providers.

Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure during gameplay, the affected round will be voided and any stake wagered during that round will be returned to the player's balance. l898 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from a game malfunction, including potential winnings that may have been achievable had the malfunction not occurred.

Fortune Snake (crash game): Fortune Snake rounds are governed by a certified provably fair algorithm. The multiplier at which each round concludes is determined before the round begins and cannot be influenced by l898 or any player. Players who do not successfully cash out before the round ends forfeit their stake for that round. This is the nature of the game mechanic and does not constitute an error or unfair outcome.

Disconnection during live play: If you are disconnected from a live game session while a round is in progress, any active bet placed before disconnection will be settled according to the outcome of that round. l898 does not void bets on the basis of player disconnection where the game itself completed normally.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on l898. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation:

• Registering or using an account while under 21 years of age.
• Opening more than one account under any combination of personal details, payment methods, or devices.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access the platform, or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in published odds, or misconfigured game settings in a way that is not consistent with normal recreational play.
• Colluding with other players or with l898 employees to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit or wager on l898. l898 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security system, encryption mechanism, or access control on l898.io.
• Making false or misleading statements to l898's support team for the purpose of obtaining bonuses, reversing legitimate charges, or avoiding compliance procedures.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing l898 staff via any communication channel.

l898 reserves the right to take all steps necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and its player community, including but not limited to cooperating with law enforcement agencies and sharing relevant data as required by applicable law.

l898 applies industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmitted between your device and our servers, secure storage of account credentials using one-way hashing, and automated fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual account activity.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with l898's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

l898 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password, full payment card details, or one-time authentication codes. If you receive any such communication purportedly from l898, you should treat it as a fraudulent phishing attempt and contact our support team immediately.

You agree to notify l898 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. l898 will investigate all such reports and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account, resetting credentials, and reviewing recent transaction history for suspicious activity.

l898 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, service interruptions, or maintenance periods.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l898's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

l898 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, even if l898 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

l898 is not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of third-party game providers whose games are accessible through the l898 platform. Disputes relating specifically to the fairness or operation of a third-party game should be directed to that provider's certified dispute resolution process.

l898 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification procedures within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• A request by the player to self-exclude under the platform's responsible gaming programme.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• The player's jurisdiction has introduced legislation that makes continued service provision to that player legally untenable.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, l898 will complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the player via the registered email address. If the investigation finds no breach of these Terms, the account will be reinstated and all legitimate balances restored.

Voluntary closure: A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting l898 support. Upon closure, any withdrawable balance (i.e., cash balance free of active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the last-used payment method, subject to the standard verification process.

l898 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, l898 will publish a notice on the platform and, where practical, send an email notification to all registered players at their registered email address.

The revised Terms will take effect from the date published unless a later effective date is specified. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the l898 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a revised version of these Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the revised Terms come into effect. Closing your account under these circumstances will be treated as a voluntary closure under § 11, and any withdrawable balance will be returned in the standard manner.

The version of these Terms currently in force is always the version published on this page at l898.io/terms-conditions. The effective date shown at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
